My birthday is coming up on St. Patrick’s Day, so of course I immediately was drawn to the beautiful shamrock lollipops and mint truffles….until I searched the rest of their candies and had to abandon my birthday loyalty and start dreaming of the fleur de sel chocolate caramels…hmmm Calabasas is not that far away. Got to go!

I love spice flavors so the Red Hot Cinnamon caramels and the Cinnamon Sugar Marshmallows got my mouth watering. I’ve never seen or tasted anything with cinnamon prepared that way—very unique.

My sweet tooth is mad at me for not satisfying it with Calabasas Candy Co sooner! I would choose a chocolate Fleur de Sel caramel because it symbolize both the Sweet and salty parts of marriage. Who knew that because of the CCC there is now a legitimate reason to eat candy!
